Superman: Doomsday
I haven't seen a lot of chatter about Superman:Doomsday. Perhaps, you're a purist. Perhaps, you haven't seen it yet. Perhaps, there's naught to say.

Here's my random blather, beyond the initial "OMG that was the slashy/violent/beautiful." Really, PG13, huh.

Wonder Boys
Did Diana's protege miss his chance? Did we miss it?

This is a really smart post, if somewhat contentious. I want to humbly suggest, though, that it's way smarter than the way anyone who doesn't love Wonder Woman could manage. Apologies if this is old, old news around here, but i'm slooow.

just a silly comment about DC and Infinite Crisis
stephl finds that, sometimes, fandom means you get to have the *weirdest* conversations....

(Nothing spoilery at all, unless you haven't read Infinite Crisis yet.)

On the current state of BoP
arionhunter proposes a question regarding if the current writing of BoP is a reflection of Gail Simone's own feelings towards the state of the book. Very minor BoP spoilers.

Continuation of the DC Across the Ages poll
I had linked to these last two questions at the bottom of the poll, but judging by the amount of people who answered them, I don't think everyone saw it. Fantasyenabler asks you to categorize yourself based on your answers to the first fifteen questions of the poll.

Poll about being a DC Comic Fan down through the ages
I never got an answer regarding my question, so I'm going to assume this is okay. Fantasyenabler put together the following poll asking What kind of DC Comic fan are you? Golden, Silver, Plutonium/Modern, Mercury, or Arsenic?

quick question
I just read through the guidelines on the profile page, but I didn't see anything one way or another on linking to polls. Is that allowed here?

*Grabs the Mic*
kkglinka has this to say about how reader reactions to "Catwoman: Her Sister's Keeper" often illustrate the ingrained psychology of class determinism.

cover of Justice League of America #1
stephl talks about the Michael Turner variant cover for JLA #1 (I know it isn't actually called "JLA," but abbreviation is my friend) that has been posted at Comicbloc.com. stephl's post isn't spoilery, but there is a link to the cover, and clicking that will spoil you for some of the JLA members. Also, the comments section of her post will also be spoilery. Caveat link-clicker.
